I loved the location near moulin rouge and montmartre. a metro station is really close, so getting around was easy. the breakfast was good and the room service met my needs. the staff was really helpful. I appreciated this detail..
the room, while clean, was a bit compact. i wished for a bit more space to spread out.

the hotel has a filtered water machine in the lobby, very convenient. i appreciated that they provided this, it kept me hydrated throughout my visit and saved me from buying bottled water all the time.

the front desk staff was continuously helpful and friendly. they gave great recommendations for local restaurants and sights, i really appreciated their insights and it. they were always ready to help.

The location is very good, close to many attractions and public transportation.
My room REEKED of smoke despite requesting a non-smoking room. The noise from the street was LOUD and kept me up most of the night. one of the towels in the bathroom smelled FOUL. It was pretty gross (I couldn't believe it).

the staff was very helpful. the privilege double room city view was clean. i could see the eiffel tower from the room which was a nice surprise. there were blackout blinds and three large mirrors in the room which helped a lot.
the coffee wasn't replenished the second day and the receptionist seemed a bit grumpy about it.

the breakfast included several choices. the quality matched the price. i found a good italian restaurant directly across the street. this restaurant has a secret bar as well.

the service desk operates 24 hours. staff members spoke english well. i found the staff to be polite . they were also very attentive to guest needs.
